Stonehenge Capital Empowerment Fund

The Empowerment Fund will make debt and equity investments in small businesses located in Low-Income Communities nationwide that meet the criteria of the NMTC Program. The NMTC Program was designed to attract private investment into urban and rural low-income areas to stimulate economic growth and job creation.
