The Northeast Ohio Region – Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC) div. Ohio Department of Development’s Cleveland Office is located at the Urban League of Greater Cleveland.

The MBAC staff assists socially disadvantaged small businesses with

(2) Bonding

(3) MBE/EDGE Certification – state of Ohio

(4) Contract opportunities

(5) Business coaching and

(6) Training.
